Éternité specializes in curated archive, vintage and luxury pieces.

Due to the nature of vintage and archive items, minor signs of wear may be present. Any notable flaws or imperfections are described in the product listing and shown in product photos whenever possible.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailable inventory.

Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests may not always be possible.

PRICING

Prices are listed in PLN / EUR / USD depending on your selected region.

Shipping costs, customs duties and import taxes are not included unless stated otherwise and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship worldwide.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, customs processing and shipping carrier delays.

Éternité is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs or circumstances outside our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging and accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
